In most areas a local access cable TV channel will devote blocks of time to real estate advertising.
Typically, a still photograph of your home is displayed on the screen while a voice-over describes the home and announces contact phone numbers.

Call local access cable channels in your area about advertising rates, or find organizations who will handle the TV advertising for you. The Cable Advertising Bureau provides a list of local cable operators under their frequently asked questions (FAQs) - "How do I find what cable system serves my area? How do I contact them?"

Caution:  If you have lived in your area for a while and never heard about TV Real Estate advertising, don't pay more than you would pay for a series of newspaper ads.
