Find a web advertiser that accepts pictures and lots of description for under $30. Create your Internet ad then list its web location in your newspaper ad, on your yard sign, and on your flyers!

Consider a flat fee MLS listing to reach buyers who use real estate agents. This will cost $300 - $600 but might be worth it if you are in a hurry or have no spare time to promote the sale of your home.
